As a BACP-registered trauma informed, integrative counsellor and life coach, I bridge the gap between deep healing and forward momentum.I am here to help you explore and untangle your thoughts and feelings, so you can create
the lasting, positive shift you deserve. I am experienced in working with a wide rang of emotional issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, bereavement, loss, trauma, career transition, work related stress and various other difficulties humans face.


As an integrative therapist I draw upon and blend various modalities together including, Psychodynamic, CBT, Person Centred and Mindfulness techniques.
I am also a qualified Life Coach, so where appropriate I sometimes incorporate different coaching techniques and exercises within my practice.
Each client is unique and has their own story as to why they have come to therapy, so an important part of our work together is building trust within the therapeutic relationship and working in a personalised way that’s right for you.
Working together we will gently unpick the thoughts, feelings and current difficulties troubling you, as-well as explore the links between you past and present day experiences. Gaining a deeper understanding and awareness of what you are feeling and why, helps build a stronger emotional resilience and greater connection to yourself, which in turn will help you make the effective and lasting changes you want.
Counselling can help you let go of hindering patterns and habits and help you forge new healthy relationships with others and yourself.
Therapy is your chance to talk to someone about everything you are feeling and thinking without any judgement.
Having a space that is safe and dedicated to you can be hugely powerful and healing in helping you better understand yourself, your thoughts, feelings, emotions, conscious and unconscious behaviours.
I offer a warm, empathic space for you to be seen and heard as your whole self. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, lost, unhappy, are lacking self-esteem, struggling with your relationships, have gone through a traumatic life changing experience or can't even name what is that's going on but just know you’re not feeling the way you want to in your life.
I believe that we can all benefit from having support from others during our lives. We are social beings and therefore need human connection.

I currently work both online and face-to-face. I have 3 different locations for face to face work, Finchley, London Kings Cross and Hitchin. I use Zoom for my online sessions.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are usually on the same day and time every week.
Regular weekly sessions offer structure and focus within a safe and ethical framework of good practice.
