When life feels overwhelming, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Life can be wonderful but it can also be messy, complicated and incredibly difficult at times. Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck? Maybe you're struggling with your confidence, your relationships, relational dynamics and boundaries, or a difficult period of change. Or perhaps you are carrying a past experience that is still affecting you today.
It may even be that you can't quite put your finger on what's wrong. You just know that you don't feel like yourself.
How I Can Support You
Whatever has brought you here, reaching out for therapy can be an important first step.
Therapy is your chance to talk to someone about everything you are feeling and thinking without any judgement. 1:1 therapy offers a safe, confidential and dedicated space for you to slow down, understand what is really going on beneath the surface and explore the thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can work towards meaningful and lasting change, helping you feel more confident, connected and in control of your life.
Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or uncertain about ourselves. Therapy can provide the space to explore these experiences without judgement and develop a stronger sense of emotional wellbeing and self-worth.
I offer individual therapy to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, building self-confidence and developing healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
Therapy isn't only about getting through difficult periods. It can also be an opportunity for personal growth, self-discovery and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, develop healthier relationships and make changes that support their emotional wellbeing.
If you find yourself saying yes when you really want to say no, putting other people's needs before your own, or struggling to communicate what you need, therapy can help.
Through boundary setting, we can explore where these patterns have come from and help you develop healthier, more confident boundaries in your relationships.
Relationships can become difficult for many different reasons. You may be experiencing ongoing conflict, communication difficulties, emotional distance or uncertainty about the future of your marriage. Individual therapy for marriage problems provides a confidential space for you to explore your feelings and understand your role within the relationship, without requiring your partner to attend therapy.
Together, we can look at the patterns within your relationship and consider what you need to move forward with greater clarity and self-awareness.
Whatever you are currently facing, you don't have to work through it alone.
Therapy gives you the time and space to understand yourself, make sense of your experiences and explore what may be keeping you stuck. Whether you're struggling with anxiety or depression, your emotional wellbeing and self-worth, relationships, boundaries or a period of personal change, we can work together to understand what's happening and consider what you need to move forward.

Hello, I’m Keeley.
I’m a human first, and I understand that life can be wonderful, messy, exciting and, at times, incredibly challenging. I believe that sometimes we all need a safe space where we can pause, be heard and make sense of what we're experiencing.
I’m a warm, compassionate and relational therapist and coach, offering individual, tailored therapy for adults in Hitchin and London Kings Cross, both online and face to face.
I take the time to understand you as an individual rather than simply focusing on a label or diagnosis. You may be experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss or work-related stress, or perhaps you simply know that something doesn't feel quite right and you'd like things to feel different.
My role isn't to tell you what to do or to try to fix you. Instead, I offer a space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. Together, we can gently explore what's happening for you, understand some of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin to consider what you need to move forward.
If you'd like to get to know me a little more, you can find out more about my experience, qualifications and approach on my About Me page.
Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, particularly if you're not sure where to begin.
You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. If you're wondering whether therapy is right for you, I offer a 20-minute complimentary callwhere we can meet, talk about what you're looking for and explore how I may be able to support you.
